Own and align your zone's marketing strategy with business goals and commercial objectives. Partner with Sales to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and support Growth Room initiatives through ABM programs and events. Provide insights and feedback by collecting customer intelligence (VOC), competitive data, and field learnings to inform central teams and decision-making. Execute localized marketing initiatives (trade shows, events, workshops) and activate global strategies to fit regional needs. Measure and optimize impact by tracking marketing influence across the funnel and improving campaign effectiveness. Who you are:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the industry, including at least 3 years of Sales or field marketing experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with sales teams and customers. Strong influencing skills with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams, sales partners, and stakeholders toward shared goals. Highly autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment. Willingness to travel regularly within your zone (approximately 20–30%). Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
If applicable for the role, ability to travel up to 30% with overnight stays within the territory; must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 10 lb and other physical requirements. Additional experience
Experience in Advanced therapies (Viral vectors, Cell therapies, mRNA) is a plus. Compensation and Benefits
Cytiva offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans and 401(k) for eligible employees. The annual salary range for this role is $83,000–$130,000, with eligibility for a bonus/incentive pay. The range is provided in good faith and may be modified in the future. This job is eligible for remote work for eligible roles. Additional information about remote work arrangements will be provided by the interview team.
