reach their customers using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital‑like experience, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.

The Client Services team is growing and we’re looking for Media Managers to join the Enterprise or Mid Market team. In this role, you will use the knowledge and experience you’ve had at previous media or tech companies and learn the latest technology and measurement utilized at Tatari to optimize our clients’ TV and Streaming campaigns.

Enterprise The Enterprise team works with large, established brands to drive continued growth through scaled, performance-focused TV advertising. These clients typically have higher annual revenue and operate sophisticated, full‑funnel marketing strategies, with TV serving as a core component of their overall media mix.

Midmarket The Mid‑Market team focuses on managing and scaling mid‑sized brands, particularly those that are either new to TV advertising or looking to expand their linear and streaming TV efforts. Clients in this segment typically operate with mid‑range annual revenue and advertising budgets and focus on lower‑funnel KPIs, while also increasingly investing in upper‑funnel brand building. They are often interested in weekly remnant and ROS buying, but have higher long‑term ambitions around sports, sponsorships, premium inventory, and upfront deals.

Responsibilities

Plan and purchase all types of TV and Streaming inventory: national, broadcast, cable, local, CTV, streaming (Direct IO and Targeted), video, sports, premium opportunities (i.e. Upfront, Sponsorships), etc.

Use data to optimize campaigns and monitor networks/publishers for inventory clearance, viewership, competitive, audience changes, etc.

Assess campaign performance in real‑time while providing feedback on optimizations to clients to ensure all media plans are delivering on KPIs, and external parties with media schedules.

Evaluate every single media purchase through a data and analytics lens and negotiate pricing and plans where applicable.

Work closely with client strategy team to help clients scale and grow their business effectively, and equip clients to understand full funnel media implications.

Seek out unique opportunities e.g. discounted inventory, client specific packages, upfront inventory, etc.

Participate, actively engage, and be able to answer complex media questions in client meetings.

Work alongside Product, Engineering, Data Science to assist in helping develop and upgrade our convergent TV ad platform.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with TV buying and planning; bonus for platform/programmatic trading.

Understand TV and Streaming inventory (you should be very familiar with networks, publishers, programs, shows, personalities, and media calendar), pricing, and availability to build insightful and strategic media plans.

Experience in optimizing media buys based on performance outcomes and KPIs.

Understanding of marketing strategy, sales funnel KPIs, and how media, programmatic, data, measurement, and technology fit into the full picture.

Advanced presentation and communication skills. You are a strong communicator, both verbally and written, with the ability to blend quantitative analysis and creative thinking to present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

You appreciate tech, product, engineering, data and analytics, and comfortable and quick at learning software and systems (i.e. Tatari’s proprietary buying platform).

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage processes and simultaneous workflows—ability to multi‑task.

Total compensation ($70,000‑90,000/Annually)

Location This role is currently based out of our SF, LA or NY office with a hybrid WFH policy 2 days a week in the office.
