Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls or emails to present products, workspaces, and services Assist new and existing customers in finding the right solutions for their business Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty Engage with diverse customers and address their needs effectively Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in a B2B setting Native speaker of the local language and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills Strong customer-first mindset with excellent negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Must have a personal laptop and high-speed internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of success in a sales environment Passion for engaging with clients and a drive to achieve results Familiarity with IWG's solutions and offerings
