Overview

The Client Solutions Executive will serve Kforce’s project solutions internal and external clients as a trusted partner. Through strategic thinking, account planning, and aggressive opportunity management, work with Territory VP and cross functional teams within Consulting Solutions within assigned client portfolio to win and deliver value-based project engagements. This role requires a growing understanding of the Information Technology (IT) professional services industry and customers’ business, operations, and objectives. Build solid, profitable relationships with internal and external clients through the delivery of exceptional service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust. Responsibilities

Become a Trusted Partner with assigned territory, across an identified range of internal client account teams. Responsible for building and executing account strategies and plans in a team-selling environment. Lead technical and business conversations, presentations, and negotiations with client Managers, Directors and Executives. Partnering with assigned Territory VP and Practice Leaders to build complex project win strategies, solutions, and proposals. Manage negotiations for complex deals and contracts. Managing personal sales pipeline through forecasting, account strategy, planning, and opportunity management. Mentoring field account teams in solution sales methods and solution opportunity management. Build, grow and enhance project portfolio by achieving high revenue growth, margin and booking targets. Selling IT Professional Services within Applications, Data, Analytics and Integration Services, in support of client daily operations and Digital/Business Transformation initiatives. Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related service/business experience with 3-5 years of dedicated IT Staffing or Solutions sales experience. CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES

N/A Travel Requirements

Client Outbound visits at least 50%. Must have reliable transportation which affords timely travel to client sites or airports within assigned territory. Equal Employment Opportunity
