Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and creative Activity Coordinator to join a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team in San Jose. In this role, you will plan and lead engaging recreational and therapeutic activities that support the social, physical, and emotional well-being of elderly participants.
You will work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to create activity programs tailored to the needs of frail and geriatric populations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate recreational and therapeutic activities for participants
Lead group activities, events, and community outings
Support interdisciplinary care planning and participant engagement
Maintain activity documentation and ensure participant safety
Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin or Vietnamese required
Minimum 1years of experience in social, recreational, or educational programs
Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Current BLS and First Aid certification / ability to obtain after hire
