Coordinate catering sales activities by supporting the sales team with proposals, contracts, and event documentation to ensure a smooth booking process. Serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, event details, and logistics to help deliver a positive client experience. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track leads and bookings, and prepare sales reports for leadership. Collaborate with operations, culinary, and event teams to communicate client needs and ensure successful execution of catering events. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event management, catering sales, or hospitality operations. Skills and Abilities

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail. Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful events. Compensation
