Responsibilities
Manage over 200 store accounts, providing direct support to drive sales and maintain relationships
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
Analyze data to create and submit recommended orders using internal systems
Collaborate with field teams, distributor partners, and internal sales representatives
Create and distribute marketing materials to enhance retail sales and consumer engagement
Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
0 - 2 years of experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service within the lawn and garden industry
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong prioritization skills and a results-oriented mindset
