Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Estimator role located in Houston, TX. The Inside Sales Estimator will provide project estimation for custom millwork, support customer service needs, value engineer complex moulding designs, problem solve for difficult customer inquiries, assist the counter sales team and source special order materials.
Qualifications
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build lasting client relationships and address inquiries with professionalism
Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to identify and seize opportunities for driving revenue growth
Experience in Project Estimation, with attention to detail for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost assessments
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
Familiarity with millwork, lumber, or construction materials is a plus
