Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive revenue Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive client experience Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments Familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, or industrial products is a plus Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems, is beneficial
