About the role: CHANEL is looking for anEducation Executivetosupport our Field Salesteam.With a focus on talent, the Education Executiveis responsible forleading thepeopledevelopment activities at designated countersincludingidentifying developmentneeds, creating plans,andengagingcoaching to bridge performance gaps.They understand the talent landscape in their respectivemarketsto ensure Chanel is recruiting and developing top teams.This individual is also responsible for supporting the total CHANEL skincare, makeup, and fragrance businessesand expanding our client base via exceptional client service.

What impact you can create at CHANEL: Maintain knowledge of talent acrossmarkets, including career goals,tocontribute to talent conversations and strategies

Collaborate with Account Executivesand Market Directorson development plans fortop talent,leveragingtheir skills and interests so that keyeducation strategiesandgoals areattainedand ensure market growth,prioritizingcoachingand developmentof Counter Managers and Assistant Boutique Directors in ourfragrance & beauty boutiques

Model behavior with side-by-side coaching onChanel’sservice ritual,services, application techniques,andon allfacetsofclientelingtobuildBAs’expertiseincluding the effective use of the respective retailers’clientelingsystems

Conduct ongoing F&B seminars for Fragrance & Beauty Advisors (FBAs) in your home market and follow up instore

Conduct ongoing in-store educationwithin assigned marketsfocusing on elevated service,buildingproduct and skillexpertise,whileteachingCHANEL-specific application techniques with clear benchmark improvement.

Work with the Account Executives to create counter/boutiquelearning plans emphasizing leadership

Partner with Market Director (MD) andMarketEducation Director (MED) to ensure thatpeoplestrategies/activities align with business strategies andobjectives

Influence individuals’ developmentjourneystarting withonboarding

Position Logistics: 5-7Yearsof relevantexperience

Bachelor’s degreepreferred

Home office setup

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite

Travel requirements of approximately 50%

Must posses a valid driver’s license

Ability to lift at minimum 40 pounds

Compensation: Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is $87,500 through $121,300. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay will be offered for this position. Other components will include bonus potential, benefits, and/orperks.
