We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Lead Analyst to support the management and performance of our Broker Sales Partnership channel. This role is rooted in data analysis and operational insight, with a focus on monitoring partnership performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and initiating projects that drive channel effectiveness and conversion rate growth. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable recommendations and see initiatives through from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales and partnership data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor channel and partnership performance through KPIs and metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership. Initiate and manage projects aimed at improving Broker sales channel performance, operational efficiency, and conversion rates. Develop and present clear, data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Call Centers, IT, Legal, and Operations to support channel initiatives. Support the management of broker partnerships by tracking performance, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies. Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or project management. Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable solutions. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and data visualization tools. Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools and applications is required; experience building and developing reports in Power BI is strongly preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
