Supergoop! is looking for its next Sun Specialist to support the San Diego market servicing Ulta Beauty doors. Your passion for SPF and skincare will support your key priorities including selling support, education and store engagement.
Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in San Diego and will be scheduled 20 hours weekly . The Sun Specialist will be responsible for providing personalized skincare consultations, promoting our SPF products, and educating customers and Beauty Advisors on sun protection. Daily tasks will include assisting customers with product selection, offering skincare advice, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. The role will also involve collaborating with the Supergoop! team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of skincare and sun protection products
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
SPH of $100+
Experience in retail or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for promoting skin health and SPF education
Relevant certifications or degrees in skincare or dermatology are a plus
Thursday-Sunday availability.
