Overview
PRESS Restaurant celebrates Napa Valley — the people, the ingredients, and the wines. PRESS is a place for locals, winemakers, vintners, and guests from around the world to experience the best the Napa Valley has to offer — it is this sense of community that is at the heart of everything PRESS does. PRESS, recipient of one Michelin star and Wine Spectator's Grand Award since 2022, is looking to grow our management team.
Responsibilities Management responsibilities will be, but not limited to, exuding a sense of warm hospitality to all our guests, overseeing the OpenTable reservation book, financial competency, being mindful of labor costs, staff scheduling, assistance with ordering CGS, staff training, constant communication with Chefs, holding the team accountable to perform at a Michelin star level of service, and occasionally assisting with wine service.
Qualifications Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of FOH management experience in a Michelin-starred or Relais & Châteaux property in a management position.
