What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build and manage a pipeline of new partnership opportunities.

Develop partnerships aligned with the employer’s portfolio and business goals.

Solve complex problems and analyze data to propose new business opportunities.

Create and execute operational plans to implement new partner recommendations.

Act as a partner subject matter expert and trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders.

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong quantitative skills and strategic thinking abilities.

Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed environment.

Ability to present effectively to various organizational levels, including the C-suite.

Proven track record in managing partnerships or similar roles.

Strong business judgment and creativity in problem-solving.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the technology or networking industry.

Familiarity with partner engagement and onboarding processes.

Knowledge of market analysis and competitive landscapes.

Ability to influence decision-making among senior-level audiences.

Experience in a role that required cross-functional collaboration.
