Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Consultant, located at our Oklahoma City, OK location. The Retail Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include assisting customers through the sales process, ensuring a positive shopping experience, achieving sales goals, and offering guidance on furniture selection to meet individual preferences and budgets. Collaboration with the in-home design team and other store staff will be essential to provide end-to-end customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales to achieve individual and team sales goals effectively.
Strong Customer Experience and Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction through personalized and professional interactions.
Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing recommendations, and fostering positive relationships.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and collaborate with team members.
Prior experience in furniture sales or a related retail environment is a plus.
Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
