Best Sales Coordinator
in the city! Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location). Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator for the hotels, your general responsibilities will include but are not limited to coordinating, selling, booking, and prospecting all sales aspects including but not limited to groups, meetings, site tours, corporate accounts, tele-prospects, banquet events, etc. Work other areas as designated by the Director of Sales and General Manager. Assist in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and operate within the approved budget. Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards. Pre-arrange site tours of the hotel as well as conduct drop-in site tours, book and block meeting space, and handle other related client requests to be completed and provided to the client. Follow all Sales Standard Operating Procedures as directed by the Director of Sales. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, prior sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be organized, efficient, and prioritize work. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Good guest relation skills with a strong emphasis on problem-solving techniques. Be a team player with the ability to work well in groups, and be flexible and able to multitask.
