As Commercial Inside Sales , you are the daily commercial driver of your customer portfolio. You ensure that quotations, open orders and customer communication are handled with precision, professionalism and commercial awareness — always aligned with the defined strategic framework.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review and send standard quotations in alignment with defined pricing structures and margin guidelines

Execute structured and timely Quote Follow-Up (QFU) while tracking offer status, conversion rates and customer feedback

Monitor and manage the open order book, ensuring transparency on delivery timelines, order changes and potential risks

Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, adjustments or delivery updates

Coordinate closely with the PO Team, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth commercial execution

Escalate high-value, sensitive or strategically relevant opportunities to the IAM when required

Identify margin pressure, competitive movements or performance deviations and signal them internally

Recognize cross-sell and upsell signals during daily customer interaction and align with IAM and Agent

Maintain clean documentation, CRM accuracy and commercial discipline across all account activities

Contribute to overall account stability and customer satisfaction within the defined strategic framework

Your profile Experience

2–5 years of B2B experience, ideally in inside sales or account coordination

Strong communication skills with a structured and customer-focused mindset

Solid commercial awareness and understanding of pricing logic and margin impact

Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proactive follow-up mentality with a solution-driven approach

Comfortable working cross-functionally within a structured sales environment

Technical affinity (PCB knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)

Fluent English required; German or Dutch preferred
