Entrepreneurial and Driven Salesperson – Nordic Region

Are you a goal-oriented salesperson with 5+ years of experience who is ready to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven professional to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In this role, you’ll create new business opportunities, build long-term customer and partner relationships, and collaborate closely with marketers and customer service specialists. As part of our Nordic sales team, you’ll work with market-leading solutions, grow your career, and directly contribute to Descartes’ success in the region.

About the Role You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across the Nordic region, with a focus on Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Reporting to our Sales Director, you’ll join an energetic and supportive team that celebrates success and consistently strives to exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you’ll also benefit from strong backing across Descartes’ international organisation, including marketing, pre‑sales, legal, and customer support.

What We’re Looking For

We seek an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of selling enterprise SaaS solutions or logistics services.

You bring energy, skill, and a consultative, customer‑first approach to sales.

Ideally, you also have domain expertise in international logistics, customs brokerage, or supply chain management.

Your ability to engage senior executives and operational leaders will be key in demonstrating how Descartes’ solutions drive operational efficiency and bottom‑line results.

What You Bring

4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with SaaS or subscription business models.

Consistent achievement of or exceeding sales quotas.

Strong business planning skills and the discipline to measure, report, and adapt to progress.

Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments.

Domain knowledge in logistics, customs brokerage, or supply chain (a strong asset).

Fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian and/or Danish an advantage).
