About the role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding business across Texas and Oklahoma. This role will focus on driving new customer acquisition while managing key relationships with independent sales representatives and distributor partners within the region. This territory has an established revenue base, with a record year in 2025. There is a significant opportunity to expand in the oil & gas and midstream markets. This is a hunter role. Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales target of $4m Develop new and existing customers within TX and OK Provide technical assistance, product application, and user training to customers, distributors, and reps Develop and maintain multi-level relationships and positive influences with customers Utilize company resources to improve forecast accuracy and sales funnel visibility Partner with customer service to ensure consistent, high quality account management and customer satisfaction Qualifications
3-5 years of technical sales experience in oil and gas or related process industries
