Judge Netting Mountain West is a fast-growing specialtycontractor that designs, builds, and repairs netting barriers for golf courses,sports fields, and landfills. We focus our sales program on offering ourclients professional and unique solutions to their barrier nettingrequirements. The Account Executive is responsible for developing andmanaging customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, andoverseeing the sales process from initial contact through contract execution.This role works directly with customers to identify needs, provide solutions,prepare estimates and proposals, and ensure a smooth transition to Operationsupon project award. The Account Executive also plays an active Customer Successrole — nurturing existing client relationships, following up after projectcompletion, and creating opportunities for repeat business and referrals. TheAccount Executive plays a critical role in achieving sales goals whileupholding the Judge Netting Mountain West standard of professionalism andservice. Requirements
Experience 3–5 years of previous experience in sales, with a track record of closing new business. 3+ years construction industry experience preferred Microsoft Software Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Zoho or other CRM system competency Requirements Must have a driver’s license and clean driving record Pass background check Pass pre-employment and periodic, random drug testing Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus Live in Utah close to our Roy, UT office, and be present at Staff Meetings and in the office/yard/warehouse Willingness to travel for site visits, job walks, and trade shows as needed Excellent negotiation and presenting skills Strong time management and organizational skills Proficient in reading blueprints Professional written and verbal communication Ability to articulate JNMW products professionally, processes, and value propositions Ability to draw or request netting plans and sketches to support the sales process Performs well under pressure Strong field estimation skills – able to survey sites, take measurements, and produce accurate cost proposals Working understanding of construction processes and terminology Proven ability to generate leads, grow opportunities, and close new business High emotional intelligence and strong team collaboration skills Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, bid boards, and industry relationships Monitor and respond to all incoming sales inquiries — website leads, calls, and emails — in a timely manner Develop, maintain, and track a robust sales pipeline in Zoho CRM Visit customers after project completion to follow up on their experience and request referrals Attend sales conferences and trade shows to expand the JNMW brand and generate leads Travel to jobsites and job walks to meet with customers, complete on-site surveys, and build relationships in person Take accurate field measurements of poles and netting for proper estimating Prepare professional, detailed proposals and estimates; maintain and update estimate templates Review requirements of public bid packages and submit bids on time Request and evaluate quotes from vendors for poles, netting, materials, and supplies Prepare sales presentations with professional drawings, sketches, and renderings Send cost proposals to customers within established response time standards (within 1 week for under $75K; within 2 weeks for $75K–$250K; within 3 weeks for all others) Manage the Awarded Jobs list and track all contract totals against annual revenue goals Prepare and maintain the Sales Pipeline and weekly/monthly reports Present sales reports at weekly Staff Meetings Add estimate numbers to profitability reports and attend monthly profitability meetings; maintain minimum 30% margins Train and support new sales team members as the department grows Be active in the Sales Cliq Chat forum and other internal communication channels CRM & Organizational Support
Oversee all data input and workflow management in Zoho CRM Update and maintain all account and contact profiles in Zoho CRM Review and manage all required paperwork through full contract execution Work with the Zoho developer to drive ongoing improvements to CRM and Project apps Track product pricing books and update estimate templates as pricing changes Send New Job emails and prepare all documents and data needed for new projects Maintain all sales-related files in OneDrive Work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure proper transfer of information to project management Request insurance certificates and distribute accordingly (licensing/customers) Request bid bonds and final bonds for applicable projects Stay familiar with current project schedules to assist Leads and Foremen with information from the sales process Marketing
