Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Construction Superintendent
to lead field operations on large-scale
commercial and multifamily construction projects . This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed
on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards . This position is ideal for a
seasoned construction leader
who has successfully managed complex construction projects and large field teams while maintaining strict schedule control and jobsite safety. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all
day-to-day construction activities on the jobsite Manage subcontractors, field crews, and construction schedules Coordinate closely with
project managers, engineers, and project stakeholders Maintain and enforce
OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety procedures Monitor project progress and ensure schedule milestones are met Conduct jobsite meetings with subcontractors and project teams Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans Identify potential project delays and implement corrective solutions Maintain jobsite quality control and ensure work meets project specifications Track daily reports, manpower logs, and construction documentation Requirements
Required Experience Extensive experience as a
Construction Superintendent or Senior Superintendent Strong background in
commercial construction or multifamily construction projects Proven experience managing
large subcontractor teams and complex construction schedules Ability to interpret
construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications Strong understanding of
construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of commercial construction field experience Experience overseeing
large commercial developments or multifamily projects Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
