to support our Sales Department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process vehicle sales deals from start to finish

Manage stock numbers and weekly inventory updates

Update pricing and equipment details in inventory system

Maintain and update vehicle listings on our website

Process purchase documents for used trucks and handle DMV title transfers

Enter and close purchase orders and reconcile vehicle proposals

Verify vehicle costs for accounting accuracy

Schedule drivers and coordinate deliveries

Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth deal flow

Submit warranty paperwork and scan delivery receipts

Support marketing efforts by taking vehicle photos for web listings (preferred but not required)

PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Requires sitting for long periods.

Requires performing accurate, knowledgeable detailed work.

Use of hands for repetitive motion.

Frequent telephone use.

What We’re Looking For:

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Dependable, professional, and willing to learn

Proficiency with office software and general administrative procedures

Prior dealership, sales admin, or title clerk experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

Pennsylvania Notary (REQUIRED) or willing to obtain within 60 days.
