Overview
A certified Minority Woman Business Enterprise with nearly 30 years in the commercial janitorial industry, is seeking a motivated Cold Caller/Business Development Associate to help grow our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, enjoys starting conversations, and has a talent for building relationships. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective businesses utilizing our sales software platform to introduce and generate interests in our services. Identify decision makers and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Network through industry events, business groups, and online platforms to build a strong pipeline of opportunities. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow ups in our CRM system. Represent and communicate our value in enhancing facility cleanliness and wellness. Qualifications
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport. Networking skills to engage with local businesses and associations. Self-motivated, persistent, and results driven. Knowledge of commercial janitorial or facility services industry is a plus but not required. Some marketing skills are a plus but are not required. What we Offer
Base hourly or salary pay (commensurate with experience). Monthly commission opportunity on recurring accounts acquired for the first 12 months. Performance-based incentives.
