What You’ll Do

Develop strong relationships with customers and become a trusted partner in their business

Build and grow

your sales territory

by identifying opportunities and expanding market presence

Partner with IPS engineering and automation teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet real customer needs

Drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value‑driven solutions

Stay ahead of market trends and serve as an informed resource for your clients

What You Bring

2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (preferred)

Hunter mentality

— competitive, self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Willingness to learn and grow

Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus
