About the role
Our Digital Sales Representatives play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be motivated by targeting Enterprise business & Partners with our key messaging; working closely with Field and Pre-sales teams to develop target strategies, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking net new meetings. You would be joining an experienced, dynamic and collaborative team who are passionate about Omada and how we empower organizations to build high levels of trust in their identities. Responsibilities
Covering North Region (Nordics: Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark & primarily BeneLux: Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands) to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting, utilising all tools & resources available Help identify, qualify and quantify (where possible) the problem a prospect has we are an option to solve Route well qualified opportunities (why do anything, why now and why Omada) to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Book net new meetings and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales accepted opportunity targets Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Contribute as part of a virtual team with field & channel sales to build pipeline and develop identified target accounts Be able to work autonomously from home Attend regional Quarterly Business Review meetings in person Requirements
Proven Sales and Business Development experience Track record of over-achieving on targets Strong phone presence and experience of multi-channel reach out Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, 6sense & Lusha or similar English (required), Dutch and Flemish preferred Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively We offer
