Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Account Manager role is based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to oversee elevator maintenance, repair, and installation projects, preparing quotes, managing service agreements, and providing prompt resolutions to client concerns. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to meet client expectations and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Client Relationship Management, Customer Service Excellence, and Account Management skills
Project Coordination, Time Management, and Organizational skills
Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of elevator maintenance, repair processes, and industry standards is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and basic office software applications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
Ability to work effectively in an on‑site environment in the Kansas City area
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
