What to Expect

Write, edit, and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs

Customize proposals to align with client requirements and strategic goals

Monitor proposal milestones and proactively manage deadlines

Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related guidance

Track proposal activity and identify opportunities for process improvement

What is Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience with proposal writing or bid management, preferably in global business travel management

Experience supporting cross-functional revenue teams in structured bid environments

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with proposal management tools (e.g., Responsive/RFP software)

How to Stand Out

Experience in the Travel Management industry

Familiarity with proposal management best practices and trends

Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear messaging
