About the Role
We are hiring a strategic growth operator to partner directly with our Head of Talent Growth as a thought partner and execution lead. This role is designed for someone who can drive multi-channel growth marketing execution while stepping into strategic and operational initiatives at a moment’s notice. If the Head of Talent Growth is the architect, you are the builder. You will help define priorities, build scalable systems, and ensure growth initiatives translate into measurable outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, growth marketing, and AI innovation. You will directly influence how we scale talent growth globally for our customers while building internal tools and systems that power our growth engine. Responsibilities
Own and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid, email, influencer, outbound, job boards). Build and scale new growth channels from zero to one (e.g., creator networks, partnerships). Translate growth strategy into executable roadmaps with measurable KPIs. Build dashboards and reporting systems for executive visibility. Drive end-to-end funnel optimization from acquisition through onboarding. Run rigorous experiments to improve customer acquisition cost, activation, and retention metrics. Design and implement AI-powered internal tools and workflows to increase efficiency. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Sales. Step into strategic planning and operations initiatives as needed. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, strategy & ops, management business consulting, or high growth startups. Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Engineering related field Growth marketing experience (paid, email, influencer, outbound). Hands-on operator comfortable managing campaigns reaching 100K–1M+ audiences. Strong growth analytics background (CAC, funnel metrics, conversion rates). AI-forward builder that uses tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot to build systems and dashboards. Resourceful, scrappy, and thrives in ambiguity. Consumer first mindset; marketplace or consumer app experience preferred. Strong analytical foundation; SQL or data tooling experience is a plus. Compensation:
$120,000 - $154,000 Base+ Equity Values:
