Role Description The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jacksonville, FL. Daily responsibilities include conducting lead generation activities, engaging directly with potential clients, cultivating sales opportunities, and contributing to the strategic growth of the organization. The representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales skills to engage potential clients effectively and meet sales targets

Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify and cultivate new opportunities

Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Experience in the financial services or technology industries is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
