About Little Land Pediatric Therapy At Little Land Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to help children build the skills they need to communicate, grow, and thrive.
Our speech therapy team plays a vital role in helping children develop communication skills that impact every part of their lives. We are looking for a Director of Speech Therapy who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and creating a positive environment for both clinicians and families.
This role is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who enjoys mentoring other clinicians, strengthening clinical programs, and contributing to organizational leadership.
As the Director of Speech Therapy, you will lead the speech therapy team while also serving as a key member of the clinical leadership team.
What You’ll Do Lead the Speech Therapy Team
Supervise and support speech-language pathologists and assistants
Mentor clinicians to promote clinical growth and confidence
Support onboarding and training for new team members
Help build a collaborative and positive team culture
Support Clinical Excellence
Support clinicians with complex cases and treatment planning
Promote evidence‑based clinical practices
Encourage continuous learning and professional development
Help maintain strong clinical documentation standards
Contribute to Leadership and Program Development
Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning
Help develop clinical programs and services
Support collaboration between speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and ABA teams
Help ensure the clinical team delivers exceptional care and family experiences
Maintain a Limited Clinical Caseload
Evaluate and treat pediatric patients
Develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with families and caregivers
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred
Experience working with pediatric populations
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
