Role Description This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in the Miami‑Fort Lauderdale area with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Specialist, you will identify and generate leads, conduct market research, build relationships with prospective clients, and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored corporate wellness solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service, presenting wellness programs to potential partners, and supporting client onboarding processes.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and market research skills to assess opportunities and drive data‑informed strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships
Proven experience in lead generation and customer service
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the wellness or corporate training industry is a plus
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
