Distribution Associate (Finance)

Responsibilities
Unload/load trucks and report any inaccuracies or damages.
Check product against packing lists and place product into locations accurately.
Pull, audit and confirm sales orders, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks and dock stockers.
Unload products from trucks and place in chronological order.
Audit products and report any inaccuracies or damages to supervisor.
Re-label products accurately.
Place products into specific locations using radio frequency scanner.
Pull, audit and process sales orders.
Monitor urgent orders to ensure immediate attention.
Confirm orders and complete bills of lading.
Process orders using FedEx system.
Stack orders on pallets.
Communicate with truck lines regarding orders.
Position orders on the FedEx and LTL trucks.
Generate closing reports.
Contribute to team productivity goals.
Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience.
Cherry picker, reach truck and stand-up forklift experience.
Forklift certification.
Reading, math, computer and telephone communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry at least 70 lbs.
Experience with radio frequency scanners preferred.
