Director - AI Creative Workflow & Enablement

AI-Enabled Workflow Design — Review and optimise existing creative and content workflows; Identify and implement AI-supported and automated steps; Deliver scalable future-state operating models. Technology Integration — Audit and integrate AI tools, platforms, and agents; Align with client-mandated systems and Indegene roadmap; Ensure interoperability and security compliance. CX & Knowledge Infrastructure — Design and pilot client-specific knowledge and insight systems; Integrate audience and performance data into creative processes. Measurement & Governance — Establish AI productivity, efficiency, and margin metrics; Develop reporting frameworks for internal and client use; Ensure governance, auditability, and regulatory alignment. Capability Enablement — Design and deliver AI training and adoption programmes; Build certification and onboarding frameworks; Enable agency partners and freelancer/contractor adoption. 90-Day Sprint Deliverables
End-to-end AI-enabled workflow blueprints Operational AI tool stack with defined use cases Live pilots on priority accounts AI performance dashboard and reporting model Training and adoption framework 6–12 month scale roadmap Success Measures
