We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive awareness, education, and demand for Xage’s zero trust access solutions for critical infrastructure. This role is part of the Xage Marketing organization and reports to the Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations. The Field Marketing Manager will plan and execute field marketing programs across North America and Western Europe, representing the Xage brand at marquee industry events, partner events, executive roundtables, roadshows, workshops, and webinars. Working closely with field sales teams, this role will develop programs that support thought leadership, brand awareness, and pipeline growth. In this individual contributor role, you will manage the end-to-end execution of key marketing programs including industry trade shows, regional events, and co-sponsored partner initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to identify priority events, manage event execution from planning through follow-up, and measure success through pipeline generation and ROI. This is a fully remote position based in the United States and requires approximately 25% travel. Come join a fantastic team! Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing Programs & Events Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including conferences, trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, and customer events. Manage the full event lifecycle including planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up. Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, vendors, sponsorships, travel, and onsite execution. Collaborate with internal teams to develop event messaging, promotional assets, and attendee engagement strategies. Partner Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with external partner marketing teams to plan and execute co-sponsored and joint marketing events. Partner with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing teams to align field marketing programs with target accounts and regional priorities. Coordinate joint programs with partners, including partner events, roadshows, and webinars. Ensure alignment between internal teams and partners to maximize engagement and program success. Drive marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline through events, partner programs, and regional marketing initiatives. Manage the field marketing budget (with direction from marketing & sales leadership), including forecasting spend, negotiating contracts, and tracking program ROI. Track and report on program performance including pipeline generated, opportunity creation, and engagement metrics. Optimize field marketing programs based on insights to improve pipeline generation and conversion. Skills / Experience

At least 4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity. Proven experience planning and executing in-person and virtual marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars. Experience collaborating with sales teams and technology/channel partners on joint marketing programs. Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing event budgets, vendors, and contracts; familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
