Corporate Traveler USA is seeking a Marketing Partnerships Coordinator to support the execution, coordination, and performance tracking of our growing partnerships portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, events, integrations, and reporting, helping ensure our programs are executed cleanly, measured thoughtfully, and continuously improved.
This is a highly collaborative role designed for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programs, partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, and translating activity into clear insights. The role is execution-heavy, detail-oriented, and performance-minded, with increasing exposure to strategic decision-making as the partnerships program scales.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Event Execution
Coordinate partnership deliverables and campaign support across priority regional and national partners
Support planning and execution of webinars, panels, mixers, and hosted events in key U.S. markets
Track partner activation calendars and ensure internal teams are aligned ahead of key moments
Collaborate with Sales to support lead capture, follow-up coordination, and campaign readiness
Integration Partnerships
Support co-marketing initiatives and launch timelines with technology and integration partners
Coordinate asset development, internal readiness materials (FAQs, toolkits), and launch communications
Assist with customer showcases, case studies, and partner-led content amplification
Maintain visibility across channels to ensure aligned messaging and consistent brand presentation
Sports Partnership Activations
Support execution of events tied to sports partnerships, including logistics and on-site coordination
Assist with guest list management, pre-event communications, and post-event follow-up
Help ensure activations contribute to brand awareness and pipeline through structured lead capture
Coordinate post-event content and recap materials with Campaigns and Creative teams
Reporting, Insights & Performance Tracking
Maintain partnership trackers, dashboards, and campaign calendars
Compile clear wrap-up summaries highlighting performance, outcomes, and learnings
Collaborate closely with Sales to support accurate lead and opportunity tagging
Translate performance data into insights that inform optimization, planning, and leadership reporting
Support leadership updates by clearly connecting partnership activity to pipeline and revenue influence
Program & Process Support
Support ongoing improvement of partnership workflows, templates, and reporting consistency
Help operationalize new tools and processes as the partnerships program scales
Proactively flag gaps, risks, or opportunities to improve execution quality and visibility
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
Experience & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or campaign coordination
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn activity into clear insights and recommendations
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
Comfort working with reporting tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Interest in B2B marketing, partnerships, and growth programs

$70,000 per year is anticipated as the salary for this position. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
