What You’ll Do Technical Consultation/Implementation Support: 30%

Client Management: 25%

Strategy: 15%

Reporting: 15%

Evangelism/Education: 10%

The SEO Supervisor is central to the SEO team, and is responsible for the overall management and success of our clients’ organic search programs:

Day-to-day SEO tactical management & execution across multiple clients

Work in conjunction with predefined SEO campaign objectives

Provide regular client reports and client deliverables with actionable insights

Perform client work outlined in coordination with other media teams

Work with multiple levels of agency teams to provide the best organic search experience possible

Work with technical teams to determine & build strategies for technical SEO implementation

Able to conduct relevant keyword research and make recommendations

Experienced in interpret ing analytic al data and identifying actionable opportunities

Preferred Skills & Experience

3+ years’ work experience in an SEO-heavy environment and/or specifically with SEO

Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Applications

Familiarity with Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMRush , Brightedge , Conductor, and/or other industry tools

A comprehensive understanding of key search engine ranking factors

A thorough understanding of and the ability to conduct detailed on-site optimization

Proven ability to autonomously manage an ongoing SEO campaign

Knowledge of the inner workings of local search & local rankings

Experience with local listings management (LLM) and local SEO

A solid understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization / A/B Testing) is a plus

Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, Javascript , and/or CSS is a plus

Brightedge Certification is a big plus

Google Analytics Certification is helpful

Physical Activity and Work Environment No physical activity required. Some travel may be required for trade shows, publisher/client visits, etc.

Salary Range:

$1,634.62 to $2,019.23a week. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
