
Innovation Economy Web Marketing Senior Associate

Job Description
Join the Innovation Economy Marketing team, responsible for Brand, Growth, and Sales marketing for the line of business. You will own the J.P. Morgan Innovation Economy web ecosystem and, in partnership with Commercial and Investment Banking’s Web Center of Excellence, define a web strategy that enhances new client acquisition and user experience.
This includes managing existing web pages, developing new pages as needed based on user experience findings and campaign needs, understanding user journeys and updating web strategy accordingly, and designing and advocating for navigation paths from JPMC sites to the Innovation Economy. You will work with product owners and design to develop new and optimize existing lead generation journeys through Chase–owned properties.
You’ll need a strong ability to work directly with business partners and centers of excellence to create alignment with the Innovation Economy business strategy and firm‑wide standards and best practices. You’ll also manage complex marketing programs involving many stakeholders and functional groups, develop a deep understanding of our segment and user behavior to drive decisions, and contribute to initiatives and stakeholder management across the marketing function.
Job Responsibilities
Manage existing J.P. Morgan Innovation Economy websites, analyzing and reporting on performance based on the goal of each page and the ecosystem as a whole
Lead development of new pages based on user experience findings, business updates, and campaign needs
Understand user journeys and update web strategy accordingly, including advocating for navigation paths across J.P. Morgan and Chase sites
Actively partner and collaborate with the broader Marketing team, the Web Center of Excellence, Data & Analytics, MarTech, and Research to push our web strategy forward
Collaborate across our Marketing team to contribute to campaigns, initiatives, and management across the entire marketing funnel
Participate in and lead stakeholder management, telling a data‑driven story for how marketing contributes to the business
Required Qualifications, Skills, Abilities
5+ years of experience managing website marketing/strategy with ownership of a web ecosystem driving engagement and lead generation
Proficiency with web analytics and data platforms (Thoughtspot, Tableau, Adobe Analytics) to define KPIs, analyze site performance, understand user behavior, manage test‑and‑learn, and translate insights into requirements and optimizations
Cross‑functional program leadership building roadmaps and managing backlogs in a matrixed environment—partnering with functions such as Marketing, Web Center of Excellence, Brand Data & Analytics, MarTech, Design/Product
Mindset for following standards and policies to ensure alignment with firm‑wide brand/content governance, privacy/consent management, legal/compliance reviews
Ability to deliver clear, executive‑ready performance reporting and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
Domain experience in B2B financial services and/or fintech; familiarity with the Innovation Economy (venture‑backed startups, founders, VCs)
Web‑based lead‑gen journey design across owned properties, including cross‑domain navigation, page design, form UX, CRM handoff, and sales enablement integration
Experimentation and optimization: A/B and multivariate testing (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely), including test design, statistical readouts, and roll‑out plans
Search Engine Optimization experience a plus
