to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts and industries. This role blends
hands-on campaign management with data-driven strategy , focusing on
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) ,
Google Ads ,
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) ,
GEO-targeting , and emerging
AI-driven marketing technologies . The position requires a proactive marketer who thrives in a
fast-paced agency environment , managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering measurable improvements in
search visibility, lead generation, and campaign ROI . Bachelor’s degree
in
Marketing, Communications , or a related discipline. 3+ years of agency experience
managing multiple client accounts focused on
SEO, SEM, and Google Ads
initiatives. Demonstrated expertise using
Google Ads ,
Adobe Analytics , and leading
SEO/SEM tools
such as
Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console . Proven success improving
organic search rankings, paid campaign performance, lead generation, and overall marketing ROI . Working knowledge of
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) ,
GEO-targeted marketing strategies , and
AI-powered marketing tools . Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret
complex performance data
and convert insights into actionable strategies. Excellent
written, verbal, and presentation skills
for communicating performance results and recommendations. Highly organized and adaptable with the ability to manage
multiple campaigns, accounts, and deadlines
in a dynamic environment. SEO & Paid Search Specialist Duties
Develop and execute
SEO and paid search strategies
aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators. Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts, providing
strategic guidance, campaign insights, and optimization recommendations . Manage and optimize
Google Ads campaigns
across channels including
Search, Display, YouTube, AI Max, and Performance Max . Implement
GEO-targeted and audience-segmented advertising strategies
to maximize conversion quality and campaign ROI. Conduct
A/B testing
across ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve performance and conversion rates. Configure and maintain
conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign measurement frameworks . Leverage
AI-based automation tools and predictive bidding strategies
to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes. Collaborate with
SEO, marketing, and web development teams
to ensure
technical and on-page SEO best practices
are implemented effectively. Monitor and analyze performance using
Google Analytics and leading SEO platforms , translating insights into actionable improvements. Prepare and deliver
monthly and quarterly performance reports
