THE JOB OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Data and Insights
OMG23 is looking for a data-driven Analyst to join our Marketing Science team. In this role you’ll turn complex data into insights that shape how audiences experience the world’s most iconic entertainment brands. You’ll track performance, uncover trends, and partner with internal teams and vendors to translate numbers into action.

What You’ll Do
Analyze and interpret campaign data to deliver clear, actionable insights
Build and maintain reports through analytics and measurement platforms
Track KPIs, performance benchmarks, and campaign outcomes across media channels
Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve analytics workflows
Mentor and support on data processes and best practices
You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, data science, marketing, or a related field; MS/MBA a plus
1+ years of experience in a quantitative or data analytics role; advertising agency experience preferred
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with SQL and database concepts
Hands‑on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Innovid, or Meta Ads Manager
Exposure to SAS, SPSS, R, or similar statistical software
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast‑moving environments
Proactive problem‑solver with sharp critical thinking
Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE BASED IN BURBANK, CA.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job‑related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range $60,000—$70,500 USD
THIS ROLE IS HYBRID, REQUIRING THREE (3) DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE. THE REMAINING TWO (2) DAYS MAY BE WORKED REMOTELY. SPECIFIC IN‑OFFICE DAYS WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS, WITH FLEXIBILITY TO ALIGN WITH TEAM NEEDS.
