The E-Commerce Studio Photographer will operate within a fast-paced, high-output digital production environment, producing polished, consistent, and colour-accurate imagery across womenswear, menswear, accessories, and still-life product. Working across two of Ireland’s leading multi-brand luxury retailers, the Photographer will ensure all imagery reflects each brand’s DNA while upholding Brown Thomas Arnotts elevated visual standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, efficiency, and close collaboration with Stylists, Models, Retouch and Production teams to ensure seamless shoot execution and on-time asset delivery. Key Responsibilities
Photograph daily womenswear, menswear and still-life shoots in line with brand guidelines and premium visual standards. Produce sharp, colour-accurate and visually consistent imagery across on-model and still-life sets. Confidently direct models where required to achieve commercially strong poses aligned with brand identity. Work efficiently to meet daily shot lists and production targets without compromising quality. Set up, manage and optimise studio lighting appropriate to each category and shoot type. Operate professional camera systems and manage tethered shooting workflows. Ensure accurate colour capture, exposure consistency and conduct on-set quality control prior to post-production handover. Organise, label and deliver files in accordance with studio workflow and naming conventions within content platforms. Collaborate closely with Stylists, Production and Head Photographer and other key stakeholders to manage schedules and priority shoots. Maintain clear communication with Retouch and Production teams to support seamless asset delivery. Maintain awareness of evolving e-commerce photography standards and participate in structured feedback sessions. Proactively suggest lighting or workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency and overall studio performance. KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in fashion, studio or e-commerce photography. Strong technical knowledge of studio lighting and professional camera systems. Proficient in Capture One and Adobe Photoshop. Excellent eye for detail, composition, exposure and colour accuracy. Confident shooting high volumes while maintaining premium-quality output. Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, adaptable and solutions focused.
