Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $25 per hour

Position Overview Sleepyhead is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Marketing Assistant
to support our growing marketing team. This position will work closely with the
Marketing Director and CEO , assisting with a variety of digital marketing initiatives including
SEO, social media management, and paid advertising support .
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands‑on experience working in a fast-paced
e-commerce environment
and exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities SEO & Website Support
Assist with keyword research and SEO optimization for website and product pages
Support updates to website content and blog posts
Monitor search performance and help implement improvements
Social Media & Content
Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms
Help manage engagement and respond to comments/messages as needed
Support content creation for marketing campaigns and product launches
Paid Advertising Support
Assist with social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
Help monitor campaign performance and compile reporting metrics
Support creative testing and ad optimization initiatives
Marketing Operations
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Conduct research on competitors, trends, and marketing opportunities
Help organize marketing assets and content libraries
Support general marketing initiatives and projects as directed by leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
1–2 years of marketing experience (internships or relevant experience welcome)
Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
