Director of LIHTC Development

Overview
We are recruiting a LIHTC Development Director that supports and leads full‑cycle multifamily affordable housing development, with an emphasis on LIHTC projects from site control through closing and post‑closing. This role works closely with internal teams, legal counsel, municipal officials, and community stakeholders to advance approximately four to six developments annually.
Responsibilities
Supporting RFQs/RFPs, negotiating LOIs and site control documents.
Coordinating due diligence and entitlement efforts.
Assisting with LIHTC and other funding applications.
Presenting projects for Investment Committee approval.
Partnering with design, pre‑construction, finance, and property management teams through closing.
Managing post‑closing requirements.
Providing oversight and mentorship to a Development Associate.
Working remotely or in multiple markets where the client has a presence, as appropriate.
