In this role, you will provide critical administrative support across the Human Resources spectrum, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, HRIS, and Benefits. You will serve as a primary point of contact for both the public and internal employees, requiring a "service-first" mindset. Your High-Impact Responsibilities: Personnel Action & Documentation: Process a variety of documentation including employment applications, personnel transactions, conditional offers, and performance appraisals with 100% accuracy. HRIS Mastery: Perform data entry into various Human Resources Information Systems, maintaining and updating employee records, transfers, and merit increases. Recruitment Support: Participate in intake activities, coordinate medical examinations and drug screenings, and assist in the screening of applications based on approved criteria. Confidentiality: Exercise extreme tact and discretion when handling sensitive medical information, background files, and internal psychological assessments. Employee Liaison: Provide clear, kind, and professional information to applicants regarding hiring processes, employment policies, and new hire onboarding. What You Bring to the Team
