About the Role
This position will play a pivotal role in managing Casa Branca's digital presence—from maintaining and merchandising our website to supporting our social media strategy and executing compelling digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a genuine love of design, and the ability to balance creativity with flawless execution. Reporting to the Brand Director and President, you'll work alongside a team of professionals across Design, Sales, and Operations and PR. This role offers the opportunity to help shape our evolving digital presence while working closely with a passionate and creative team Location & Travel:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Palm Beach, Florida, with 3–4 days per month of domestic travel for industry events, product launches, and trade shows. Key Responsibilities
Manage and merchandise product on casabranca.com, including uploading products, writing and editing product details, and ensuring site accuracy and aesthetic consistency Maintain and execute the social media content calendar, with a primary focus on Instagram—growing engagement within the design trade community and spurring brand recognition across our key categories: fabric & wallpaper, furniture, antique & vintage, tabletop, and accessories Support and grow Casa Branca's presence across Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok Coordinate and capture content from store events, product launches, and brand moments by gathering, guiding, and collaborating with our creative team and partners Execute 2 major product launches annually (e.g., new fabric/wallpaper collections, vintage drops, artist collaborations) and spearhead multiple seasonal campaigns Grow email subscriber base and improve conversion rates through strategic Klaviyo campaigns and audience engagement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points, from website to social media to email marketing Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing, digital, or e-commerce role Highly driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Deep appreciation for art, fashion, design, and interiors—you genuinely love beautiful things and understand the design world Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining meticulous quality standards Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (required) Dynamic, personable, and charming—you bring warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm to every interaction Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with influencers or managing influencer partnerships Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google advertising platforms Proficiency in social media management tools such as Planoly or Later Google Analytics experience (tracking website performance and user behavior) Design software skills—Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Basic photo and video editing capabilities SEO knowledge and best practices Background in interior design or related creative fields Why Casa Branca
