Clean H2O Pros is a fast-growing home services company specializing in whole-home water treatment solutions. We partner with local Lowe’s stores to connect with customers, educate them about water quality, and schedule free in-home water tests. We are looking for a friendly, energetic Territory Ambassador to represent our brand inside designated retail locations. Position Overview
The Territory Ambassador engages with Lowe’s customers, conducts brief water-quality interest surveys, and submits qualified leads to our office team to set appointments. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys talking with people and working independently in a retail environment. Responsibilities
Engage customers inside assigned Lowe’s store(s) in a friendly, professional manner Ask a short scripted survey to gauge water-quality interest Accurately capture and submit customer information as leads Hit daily and weekly lead targets Maintain communication with store staff and company management Keep display area clean, organized, and fully stocked Attend occasional team meetings or training sessions Qualifications
Outgoing, approachable, and confident speaking with customers Self-motivated and reliable with strong work ethic Good communication and customer service skills Ability to use a phone/tablet lead submission form Previous retail, customer service, or promotional experience helpful but not required Ability to stand for extended periods of time Schedule & Work Environment
Work inside Lowe’s stores Consistent weekly hours (FT or PT) Weekend shifts required May rotate between multiple stores within territory Compensation
Base Pay: $15.50–$18 per hour (based on experience) Commission: Additional commission for qualified leads and completed appointments Weekly Pay Opportunities for advancement (team lead, territory manager) Why Join Clean H2O Pros?
