Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a detailed social media content calendar aligned with organizational priorities
Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly
Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for social media using Canva
Make minor updates in WordPress and coordinate with web development support for larger updates
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred
At least one year of experience managing or supporting social media platforms
Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media applications, and Canva
Ability to meet the employer's auto insurance requirements and maintain a valid state driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with WordPress
Ability to take complex information and present it creatively and intuitively
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Previous experience in a remote work environment
