Your knowledge of securities products and regulations allows you to provide informed guidance while maintaining a strong commitment to compliance and customer care. You will play a key role in strengthening long-term relationships and delivering a high standard of service within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide ongoing service and support for customers’ investment and securities accounts Review portfolios with customers and discuss performance, allocations, and updates Conduct financial needs discussions and provide appropriate product guidance Assist with account maintenance, transfers, distributions, and required documentation Monitor accounts and follow up proactively to ensure alignment with customer goals Stay current on market conditions, regulatory updates, and product changes Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions Ensure strict adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements QUALIFICATIONS
Active Series 6/63/65 or 7 license required Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets Proven experience in a client service or financial services support role Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships High ethical standards and professionalism Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits
