This Regional Channel Sales Manager is a critical position focused on launching market adoption through a confidential nationwide distribution partnership. Job Description
Field Sales Support:
Serve as the primary field contact for channel sales teams in your region, participating in deals from pipeline strategy and customer meetings to closing support to accelerate large opportunities and achieve sales quotas. Enablement:
Drive enablement for the partner's sales reps by leading engaging product trainings, demos, and rapid onboarding sessions to equip them with the confidence and tools necessary to win. Build:
Be a hands-on builder in the field with 50–60% travel to grow brand presence, launch regional initiatives, and report real-time field intelligence back to internal teams to shape overall partnership strategy. Requirements
8-10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years of channel or distribution experience in a hardware environment Proven success in training, enabling, and motivating partner sales teams is critical for driving sales growth and brand adoption. Must be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who is comfortable with a hands-on, in-the-field presence and frequent regional travel Location & Travel
This is a remote, field-based opportunity covering the State of Texas, ideally based in San Antonio or Austin, TX. Travel 50-65% throughout a 3-4 state region with partners and customers. Compensation
