Brand Ambassador

Laud Media Group is hiring outgoing, polished, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to represent our cannabis lifestyle brands in the field. This is a part-time, event-based contractor role ideal for individuals who already have another job and are looking for flexible, supplemental income. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the brand at retail activations, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events. Your role is to create meaningful customer interactions, strengthen retail presence, and bring energy and professionalism to every engagement. What You'll Do: Represent the brand at in-store promotions, events, and industry gatherings Educate customers and retail staff on products, features, and promotions Support visual merchandising and maintain strong shelf presence Build positive relationships with customers and retail partners Provide feedback on customer responses, competitor activity, and market trends Uphold a professional, polished public image at all times What We're Looking For: Entry-level customer service experience required Hospitality experience strongly preferred Knowledge of the cannabis industry Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Willingness to travel outside your home area Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with new people If you thrive in social environments, enjoy representing culture-driven brands, and want hands-on experience in experiential marketing within the cannabis space, we’d love to connect.
