About the role: Breville are hiring a Director, Program Management Office (Transformation PMO), this is a global role within Technology Services, with enterprise-wide reach. The position leads approximately six direct reports, including Program, Project and Change Managers, and reports to the Group Software Products Officer.

Breville is evolving Technology Services into an AI-led capability by embedding AI safely and pragmatically into how we build, run and improve the business. We are seeking a transformational leader to build and lead our next-generation Transformation PMO, designed as a hybrid execution engine and enablement platform that accelerates delivery today while scaling responsible AI transformation across the enterprise. The mission is to build the operating system for transformation, with clear priorities, fast decisions, measurable value and adoption that endures. What you’ll do Stand up the HybridTransformation PMO: operating model, service catalogue, ways ofworking, and a high-performing team. Create a scalable deliverysystem (Agile/Hybrid): charters/OKRs, integrated plans, RAID, decisionlogs, benefits tracking - right-sized to keep pace with innovation. Enable repeatabletransformation at scale with playbooks, templates, learning pathways,communities of practice and coaching. Lead portfolio governance:quarterly planning, prioritisation, investment discipline,capacity/dependencies and executive reporting. Personally lead selectedhigh-impact, multi-stream initiatives where cross-functional alignment andadoption are critical. Embed responsible AIdelivery practices (privacy, security, risk, ethics and controls)while balancing innovation, safety and security.

What success looks like (Years 1–3) Year 1:

PMO fully up andrunning—trusted, outcome-driven, modern tooling live, portfolio clarity inplace, AI framework driving scaled rollouts. Years 1–2:

Technology Services becomesBRG’s benchmark for predictable delivery and AI-enabled ways ofworking—step-change gains in speed, quality and decision-making. Year 2:

Departments equipped withfit-for-purpose governance, playbooks and coaching to run moretransformation confidently and consistently. Years 2–3:

AI moves beyond pilots intorepeatable, responsible rollouts that re-engineer priority processes anddeliver measurable adoption and benefits. Year 3:

Who you are: You’re a transformational leader who blendsstrategic portfolio thinking with real-world delivery pragmatism. You bring a provenframework for AI-led organisational transformation and have led keyworkstreams on the ground to make it real. You simplify complexity, buildalignment fast, and create momentum - while holding a high bar for responsibledelivery.

12+ years program/projectdelivery, including 5+ years leading a PMO, portfolio, or enterprisedelivery function. Track record standing up orscaling a PMO (operating model, governance, tooling, team leadership). Strong portfolio governance:prioritisation, investment discipline, integrated planning, benefitsrealisation. Delivered complex,cross-functional transformation across technology and business. AI transformation leadership (adoption approach,operating model, capability uplift, benefits measurement). Hands-on leadership of AIworkstreams (tooling rollouts, automation/process redesign, change &training, responsible AI controls). Executive stakeholderinfluence across functions and regions. Fluency with modern tooling(e.g., Jira/Confluence, Power BI, modern PPM tools). Nice to have Experience in product manufacturing, consumerappliances, connected devices, or global omnichannel organisations.Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Prosci or equivalent).
